The CBRN Reference Kit consists of two tape-style fold-outs for pediatric medications, each measuring 13cm by 15.25cm when folded and 13cm by 152.5cm when unfolded and each with printing on the front and the back, as well as one folding chart of adult medications measuring 13cm by 15.25cm when folded and 30.5cm by 38cm when unfolded, also with printing on the front and the back.
The first tape-style fold-out chart has information for ten biological agents and seventeen medications. The second chart has information for over 40 radiological isotopes and 12 medications on one side, and on the opposite side has ten medications for chemical warfare agents. The adult chart has chemical and radiological medications on one side and biological medications on the reverse side.
Medication doses are pre-calculated for nine color-coded height/weight ranges, and both sides of each tape-style chart can be used to measure the patient to find the dose they need. Each medication has information listed regarding the various dose sizes it may be found in, how to administer the medication, how often to re-administer the medication, and other insightful facts crucial to the care of the patient.
